Have you ever had a pleasantly erotic dream in which you were swimming
through deliciously comfortable water? Has that dream then slowly
turned less and less pleasant as the water became less comfortable or
you lost your ability to swim? Would you like to be able to glide

of all the details. Trust me when I tell you that if you let me

wonderful.
Listen to the sound of my voice. Notice how good it feels to hear my
words and know that you don’t need to worry about any details. If at
any point you lose track of the details I describe, don’t worry and
just keep listening. There will never be any need to catch up because
your mind catches all the details even if you don’t realize it. Doesn’t
that sound nice? Of course it does.
Listen to the sound of my voice. Breathe in now through your
nose,…….slowly, gently,…..in……..and feel how refreshing the air is as
it passes into your lungs. The air is delicious, isn’t it? Now, when
you just naturally feel like breathing out, let the air escape at it’s
own pace through your mouth back into the room, and as it escapes out
of your mouth imagine that it takes with it all your tension and
worries. Breathe in again slowly through your nose, filling body and
your mind with refreshing, calming energy. Breathe effortlessly out
through your mouth, letting go of any negative feelings you may have
accumulated during the day. Breathe in again, and breathe out again.
This is the way of things, to just breathe naturally, and you notice
that every breath in gives you refreshing peace, and every breathe out
relaxes you.
Listen to the sound of my voice. Hear my words and feel them come into
your mind just as you feel the refreshing air coming into your lungs.
Continue to breathe slowly and naturally. Continue to exhale and drift
down into sleep, …so safe,…so relaxed. Continue to listen to the sound
of my voice,…so soothing,….so caring,….so entrancing.
Now see in your mind’s eye the wall in front of you in the room in
which you are. Notice now that it seems less and less solid, as if it
were slowly evaporating into nothingness. As you watch the wall
evaporate, continue to breathe slowly in, and exhale slowly out, each
breath taking you deeper and deeper into hypnotic sleep. It’s really
this easy! Just listening to the sound of my voice and following my
suggestions is the only work you have to do, and you feel so
wonderfully relaxed and peaceful, and the wall in front of you just
dissolves away completely, and you see beyond it a beautiful ocean.
The ocean seems to move in slow motion. The water is so blue. The waves
are so slow. It feels so good to look at the water, to follow the slow
waves and feel yourself being drawn deeper and deeper into this lovely
hypnotic sleep. Now you notice a white snowball floating on the waves
right in front of you. Follow it with your mind as it moves slowly up
with a rising wave,…….then slowly down as the wave falls. Feel your
mind rise and fall with the white snowball, becoming more and more
sleepy, more and more relaxed, more and more happy. Now you notice that
as the snowball rises and falls it is slowly melting, becoming smaller
and smaller. Follow it slowly up. Follow it slowly down. As it melts
smaller and smaller you feel your focus on your waking life slipping
away, melting with the snowball. Feel your mind rising slowly up with
the snowball,…and falling slowly down with it,….feel your mind melting
away into sleep. So good to let yourself go. So good to let yourself
sleep. The more you follow the snowball on the slow motion waves, the
deeper you fall into sleep. The smaller and smaller the snowball melts,
the less you can remember of your waking life. Now, the little snowball
melts completely away, ….and with it your memories and cares of the
waking world.
Listen to the sound of my voice. Feel how nice it is to be here on the
shore of this beautiful ocean, just staring at the hypnotic, slow
motion, impossibly blue waves. The water looks so inviting, as if it
calls to you in your mind. You’d like to go into the water, wouldn’t
you? It would feel so good. Listen to the sound of my voice. Walk
slowly and gently towards the water, closer, and closer, and closer.
Touch your foot to the water now. Feel how wonderful it is,…so
comfortable,…so inviting,…so friendly! Move very, very slowly into the
water now,…first your claves, then your thighs, then your pelvis, then
your stomach, then your chest, then right up to your neck. Feel your
feet come off the ground as you begin to float.
It feels so wonderful to float in this delicious blue water. You notice
that the water makes your whole body tingle. You notice that you are
beginning to feel erotically moved. You swim out slowly and gently to
where the snowball used to be, and now it is you who is floating up
with the waves,…….and down with the waves. Up with the waves,…….and
down with the waves. Each time a wave lifts you up, you notice how

Each feeling grows and grows with the lift and fall of each wave, the

Feel yourself melting slowly away,…bit by bit,…becoming less and less
solid,…more and more liquid,…more and more part of the ocean. The more
you melt and become part of the blue water, the more peaceful you

your heart, remember that it is your compassion, and remember that it
can always be your magic link back to this wonderful blue ocean of
happiness. Whenever you swim in this ocean, whether in hypnotic trance
or within a dream, you need never fear that you will lose your ability
to swim in and be part of this ocean. Just remember this little light
in your heart, and your ability to be here will be instantly and
continuously renewed,….an inexhaustible connecting bond between you and
the ocean,…making you part of the ocean,…part of the erotic

Now it is time to return to your waking life once again. Remember that

One. You are very close to the shore now, your body just starting to
reform, yet still more liquid than solid.
Two. Your half liquid, half solid foot touches the ground as you move
closer to land.
Three. You can walk on the ground beneath you now, climbing slowly out
of the water.
Four. You are up to your chest now.
Five. You are up to your waist.
Six. You are only in the water to your knees, feeling more and more
solid, more and more awake.
Seven. You are completely out of the water now, completely solid, still
dripping with the beautiful blue water. Every drop tingles with
delicious echoes of pleasure, joyous reverberations of peace.
Eight. You walk slowly and deliberately towards the room from where you
began, becoming more and more awake.
Nine. Almost there, back in the room, completely solid.
Ten. You are wide awake NOW, back in your room of solid walls. Look
around and enjoy the feeling you have brought with you from the ocean.
Quiet now. Hush. Remember the tiny bright pink light in your heart.
Remember what it is. Remember what it can do. Remember what you can do.
