RELAX NOW version 2

Relax Now version 2 is a gender neutral, kink free hypnosis session that offers suggestions for a visual trigger that the subject can use to immediately relax. Specifically, the listener can be guided into a state of relaxation, made aware of that relaxed state, and then have the awareness of that relaxed state anchored to two words visualized on one's hand.  After the time of the trance one can then touch the imagined words on one's hand and experience a state of relaxation, (but do so without entering trance).  Repeated practice of this session can strengthen the trigger.

Contains a progressive visualization induction and countdown deepener, followed by relaxation visualization which is then anchored to two imagined words, (the trigger), and ends with a waking sequence and test of the trigger.

You may be somewhat groggy for a few minutes after listening to this MP3, so take that into consideration when listening.
