
| NEW YEARS EVE WITH FRIENDS by Bob L (c) 2006 All Rights Reserved The air was cold and
crisp and the light breeze made us shiver as we cuddled trying to keep
warm. The stars twinkled a greeting above and the lights of
Gatlinburg, TN in the valley below replied with twinkles of their
own. My wife and I were
visiting dear friends of 25 years in their chalet high in the TN
mountains. It was New Year’s Eve and we spent the day shopping
for seasonal bargains and eating too much delicious food. We returned
inside, removed our coats, and settled in comfortable chairs to share
stories about our families and friends. We paired up, males and
females, and had our separate conversations in front of a roaring fire
with the lights dimmed. Allow me to digress a
moment to describe information that will become important as we go
along. I had a fear of heights prior to this trip. A year
earlier, I had thrown up when going up the narrow, winding roads to
this very chalet. We were helping our friends find this place and
when I step from the car, my stomach turned over. They took me
down the mountain and I recovered in the motel room. I’ve had
this problem for a long time, but this was my worse reaction. I
swore I would cure this problem and I turned to hypnosis. I
purchase several MP3 sessions and trained with them faithfully for the
last six months. I made it up the mountain this time without a
flinch and was able to stand by the railing on the deck and looking
straight down. I was proud of my accomplishment and told my
friend Jim how I used hypnosis to cure this problems and for general
relaxation. I did not describe my depth of interest in hypnosis,
especially the erotic and fetish activities. Back to the story. Jim and I had just
finishes discussing a recent gambling trip and the money we had
won. We were quiet for a moment and Jim began kidding me about my
hypnosis. He explained that the only hypnosis he had ever seen
was at a show, put on by a stage hypnotist. He made the
participant act like dogs and cats flap their arms like chickens, and
just act foolish. Jim was not impressed with hypnosis and had a
great deal of disdain for it. I tried to explain the uses of
hypnosis and how it had helped me especially with relaxation, alertness
and memory improvement. My argument fell on death ears and I
began to think that a demonstration may be in order. I am
not a hypnotist but I have been tranced many times by a wide variety of
MP3 sessions. Maybe I could use some of the words and phrases
that I had heard so often to put Jim in a light trance and hopefully in
his place. I laid back in the
chair, closed my eyes to collect my thought and slowly began to explain
to Jim the virtues of hypnosis. I lowered my voice to just above
a whisper and I began with how I learned to relax and I did not really
need to enter a hypnotic trance. Everyone needs to relax to
reduce the constant stress that we each live with. Relaxation
would help him with his stomach problems. Some people can simply
close their eyes and take several deep breathes to begin the relaxation
process. They would breathe in deeply and slowly release.
It’s easy when you do it several times in a row. Deep breathe in
and slowly release. Deep breathe in and slowly release.
Others add the word “relax” to their thoughts as they breathe in and
slowly release. Repeating the word “relax” takes the edge off any
tension that you may have. Just saying the word “relax” has a
person thinking of laying their head back and getting
comfortable. When I get into bed at night, pull the covers over
me, and close my eyes, I say the word “relax” in my mind and I feel the
tension leave from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. Combine
it with a deep breath; you can feel yourself sliding down into a deep
sleep You could try massage to
help with the relaxation process. Starting at the back of their
neck, softly relaxing the muscles and them moving to the shoulders and
massaging slowly down the arms to their hands and
fingers. Shoulders droop down and the arms hang
limply by their sides. This is not for everyone and you may have
to deeply massage the back with long soothing strokes up and down their
back and then slowly massage their bottom and thighs and calves.
The feet are the key with soft massage of the toes and heels.
Move your fingers to caress each toe and rub smoothly up and down the
soles and heels. You can hear their deep breath as you massage each
tiny toe. I continued that I had
read stories where the person wanting to relax will look at the fire in
the fireplace and concentrate on the flames dancing along the
log. I told him that he didn’t need to look at the flame.
However, if he looked for the briefest moment, just a tiny moment in
time, and then looked away, it would be OK. Looking at the
flame could not distract him because he was concentrating on repeating
the word “relax” over and over again. I went on to explain that
the flames have a way of drawing you in and if you combine looking at
the flame with the deep breathing, you might feel yourself relax a
little. A little relaxation would not hurt him because it wasn’t
the same as being hypnotized. Everyone can use a little
relaxation. I explained that it would take very, very deep relaxation
to get even close to a hypnotic trance. I explained that the flame had
a side effect. Looking at the flame for any period of time would
cause the person to feel pleasure. The pleasure would increase
the longer you looked and the more relaxed a person became. Some
people think there is a direct relationship between relaxation and
pleasure. The deeper the relaxation, then the more
pleasure. Conversely, the more pleasure, then the deeper the
relaxation. Everyone has an opinion and I know that when I feel
pleasure, I also feel aroused. I know that sound silly, but just
consider that arousal is pleasure and you could also say that pleasure
is arousal. I know we are just playing with words, so for this
discussion we will simply say that as we relax more deeply, we are
going to feel pleasure and the more pleasure we feel the more aroused
we will become. By this time, Jim was
slouched down in his chair, eyes slightly glazed and staring at the
flames in the fireplace. The women had stopped their conversation
and were paying attention to me and Jim. I noticed they were
concentrating very hard to hear and their breathing was even and
deep. I may have accomplished more that I had hoped. I turned back to Jim and
suggested that if he felt very deeply relaxed, he could close his eyes
for a moment to rest and as he rested he could relax deeper and
deeper. I explained that by relaxing deeper and deeper, the
pleasure would continue and therefore the arousal would increase. It’s
all so simple now. Relax, pleasure arousal. Relax, pleasure
arousal. Say this to yourself over and over again as you go
deeper and deeper. It feels so good to relax and go deeper.
I was confused when I heard this for the first time. However it
became clear when I repeated “relax, pleasure, arousal” over and over
again in my mind. The first time I said it in my mind, I was
confused, the second time I said it in my mind, it became
clearer. You try it the third time, the fourth time and the fifth
time. I am sure the confusion has cleared and your mind is
concentrating on the evidence of your arousal. Both male and female
have physical evidence of arousal. Concentrate on your breathing
and warmth your body is feeling. Do a spot check between you legs to
see if there is any evidence of your arousal. Feels so good
knowing you can sit here, look at the fire, say a few words in your
mind and become so aroused. Just like when you were a
teenager. Feels so good. Jim, to continue this
good feeling, listen very carefully to a suggestion I have just for
you. When we finish our conversation tonight you will go to the
bedroom with your wife. Before you get into bed, I want you to kneel on
the floor in front of her and say “Goddess, I will do anything you
command”. You will then bow your head and await her
command. When she gives you that command, you will feel an
instant surge of arousal and immediately obey her command, no matter
what it is. Just nod you head if you understand this
suggestion. You have no choice. You must obey this
suggestion. Just nod you head if you will obey this
suggestion. You feel so relaxed, so
much pleasure and so aroused. You like these feelings, don’t
you. Of course you do. You would like to have these
feelings again and again. Just nod your head if you would.
Whenever you hear the phrase “Relax Now”, spoken by me or your wife,
you will return to this place where you feel so relaxed, so much
pleasure and so aroused. The phrase “Relax Now” will allow you to
return to this place quickly and easily. Say it to yourself, “Relax
Now”. Say “Relax Now will return me to this place where I feel
relaxed, so much pleasure and so aroused”. Remember, “relax Now”,
spoken by me or your wife will bring you back to this place that you
enjoy. I am going to count from
1 to 5. When I reach 5 you will be awake, refreshed and
remembering everything that has happened. 1, remember your
phrase, “Relax Now”. 2, lips curling in a smile. 3, moving your
arms and legs. 4, eyes open and looking around. 5, wide
awake, looking forward to the New Year. I looked around the room and saw the ladies and Jim rubbing their eyes and looking around. I did not have to ask Jim what he thought about hypnosis. His small smile told the story. Jim, with a twinkle in his eyes, suggested to his wife that it was time to go to bed. I took my wife’s hand and led her to our bedroom. I can’t wait to hear the feedback from Jim in the New Year. |
