This and That

I'm going to begin to add more sites to Mesmerizing Women of the Web and remove those that are no longer in existence. If you have suggestions for additions, please leave a comment or email them to me.
Additionally, I'm going to take back the running of Femdom Fantasies so if you'd like to submit something for consideration, email the story(stories) to me as well. I know some of you out there write really well so I'm betting that within a week I'll have several stories to add. (You know who you are and yes, I am definitely thinking of you when I write this...)
Regarding the comment situation on my blog, I'm strongly considering someone's suggestion that I disallow anonymous comments. My only hesitation in doing so is that some of my favorite commenters (including my anonymous poet friend) choose to either sign their name in the content of their comment or post completely anonymously. I would not like to think I would lose the option of reading your wonderful words, so I need to know - will you continue to comment if I change my settings to allow only blogger ID or open ID registered users to post? (Open ID means you use your Wordpress, Live Journal, Typepad, or AIM IDs.) Registering an ID on Blogger, Wordpress, or Live Journal takes only 2-3 minutes and it's free. The others are probably the same. I'll wait a few days for your comments.

Hello Lady Julia,
This is going to sound so selfish but may I encourage the anonymous poets to please register online if Lady Julia decides to dissallow comments of the same. Your contributions are so excellent! and I don't think the authors realise the fan base that exists.
Are there any other options?
Unfortunately it is the muse like quality of the Entranced Realm that makes it so attractive.
If the "anonymous" commenter's want proof that you are a Domme, show them.
Any post that is regarded as negative, condescending, rude or whatever that is unpleasing to "YOU"... gets DELETED. It's your roost, rule it ;)

Dan, thank you for the suggestions, but I don't feel the need to prove anything to anyone. I do not care who thinks I'm what - I know what I am, what I need, and what I want.

I've listed my reasons for approving *some* posts like this. I delete a large portion - far, far more than what I approve. I am doing what I want - I am ruling the roost. Others may not agree with *how* I rule it, but that's ok. As you pointed out, it's my roost to rule :)
Nigel, if the anonymous poet decides not to register, I won't disallow anonymous comments. I am a huge fan and if there is a reason he doesn't want to register, I know it's a good one and I'll respect that.
The other option is to tell people they must sign some sort of name to identify who they are - even if it is "anonymous poet" or something to that effect. Those who don't do this would have their entries deleted. I hate to do that after people go to so much trouble to write, so switching to registered or Open IDs seems the best approach.
My statement may have came out wrong. I apologize if that is the case.
I was not meaning "prove it" as a challenge... I was meaning "prove it" as a principle.
For instance, IF someone in "real life" was to talk to you repeatedly the way some do on your blog, I imagine you would simply not converse with that person further.
Am I wrong?
Anyway, I saw in a latter post that you are getting out today(10/1/08) Hope you had a good time :)
Sincerely,
- Dan
P.S. - I hope I didn't make this "worse" 8-/
Regarding the “Anonymous” issue:
At first I found it a bit confusing which “Anonymous” was which, but it soon became very apparent. Several people have made suggestions which would help identify anonymous posters, but really, can’t we tell that already? If a certain “Anonymous” wanted to keep posting but remain truly anonymous, he would merely need to change his writing style. As it is now, this person is about as anonymous as those who have visible IDs. :)

Dan, I didn't realize it was my friend Dan writing. When I re-read your comments knowing it was you saying them, the whole tone sounded different in my head.
As I told you, I've been thinking about all this whole anonymous rude comment business and I think you're right. I'm being far more tolerant here than I would be in person in an effort to be fair and to attempt to clarify things. Probably the reason I told you on the phone is another reason - and that's something I can correct by being aware :)
Dear Lady Julia,
I shall act in accordance with your wishes.

Lady Julia,
I'm getting back in town today and just catching up on your posts. I went ahead and open a google account. It only took a few minutes.

Dear Lady Julia;
Just for you, I created a blogger ID, just in case I ever have something bright to say or if I need some sound advice.
