Tattoos and Terrific Tush Tuesday

Ok fellas, since several of you have commented that you flinch every time you come here and see a photograph of a naked male behind, I thought I'd be sweet to you today on this Terrific Tush Tuesday. I'm not a big fan of tattoos, but I thought this was lovely.
So.. speaking of tattoos, what are your thoughts? Like them, hate them, they're ok but not really your thing?

i think tatoos are fascinating, although i've never wanted one for myself. i always like to look at a tatoo and understand what exactly it represents, and what inspired it to be applied. What is the person conveying with the image?
i totally enjoy all the beautiful nude images, male and female. Very inspiring.
I’m not that into tattoos which is a bit unfortunate because I have two of them. Ah Youth:)
I'm fine with tatts. I really don't understand the fuss. Okay, at one time they were linked to sleazy, low-life types, but so have pierced ears.
I don't have one because I just never found anything that I thought I'd really love to have after 20 years. I have a few designs that I'm considering now, but first I have to decide if I'm going to have my nipples pierced instead.
Oh, and the nude male photos don't bother me, except in the sense that I no longer look like that. But when you start posting pictures of chubby, balding, grey-haired men, just let me know.
A lot depends on the tatoo and where it is. I guess it's a lot like sexy pictures - it's not always easy to describe what I like, but I know it when I see it. I like this one. ;)

I like tattoo's if they are tasteful but I have seen ugly ones too. I think Drew Barrymores tattoo's are ugly. But why do women get them placed above the bottom in the small of their back and then get upset
when you look at them?
P.S. I do not leer or drool !
I am not a tat person for myself primarily because I'm a big weenie who does not like pain.
For years I was somewhat dispassionate about tattoos on others, but I began to notice them more in a previous nursing position. Among other responsiblities, it was my job to give vaccinations to new hospital employees. Often I would see tats on the deltoid of former military fellas and they always looked so good on those nicely toned bodies. I think the tat needs to be tastefully placed and truly a work of art for me to really appreciate it.
Tom, I think chubby, balding, gray haired men can be attractive if they're confident and intelligent (which you seem to be.) Should you ever post a photo of your behind I promise to drool appropriately ;)
Nigel, I'm not sure why women get upset in that particular situation (as I am sure you don't leer or drool). If they don't want you looking they should either cover it up or not have it placed there. Maybe that sounds like I'm not standing up for my sex, but in general I think we do things to our bodies because we want people to notice. It can be said we do it because we ourselves enjoy it, but I'd think it would be difficult to enjoy looking at something very often that is placed in that particular area. Perhaps it's a case of "The lady doth protest too much, methinks."
It memory serves me, it wasn't his behind that Tom posted a picture of:)
Interestingly, my friends in another group all wanted to see the pics of my new piercing. When I get a piercing in my butt, I'll post a picture of that, too.
That is, just as soon as chubby, etc., men become the new vanilla.
jmred - I've been noticing more and more that you're right. A few months back I asked someone to find some photos I could use for my blog thinking that my style and preference were very easy to grasp for anyone who's read my (almost) two years worth of blog entries. While he did a fabulous job in searching for things for me, I know it was difficult. Some things I liked and somethings were just not me. Explaining what I like is just not possible. I just, as you say, know when I see it.
i am not fond of tattoo's because usually they are done in youth or on an impulse. once there. it is there for life and many young people do not know how long life may be. they can be erased but at what cost to the body tissue?
